Data we process
- Account details of managers who sign up.
- Members' names and WhatsApp numbers, added by their manager.
- Check-in answers, voice note transcripts and message logs.
Consent
Members receive check-ins only after replying JOIN. STOP opts out immediately. Consent changes are logged.
Retention
Audio is deleted after transcription. Retention periods for other data will be stated in the final policy.
