- Yes for personal accountability. Use Team if you later coordinate people by WhatsApp number.
- Will this track billable hours?
- No. It tracks plans, progress notes and blockers from check-in answers—not a timer.
- Can I pause when I take time off?
- Reply STOP to pause messages, then JOIN or RESUME when you want check-ins again.
- How is pricing structured?
- Solo and Team prices are on the pricing page, including a 14-day Team trial where offered.
- Privacy for client work?
- Check-ins only start after someone replies JOIN. STOP opts out immediately. Voice notes are deleted after transcription. Sunbrief never reads WhatsApp groups. See the privacy page for the current draft policy.
