What is an active member?+
Someone who is not paused. Paused members are free and can be resumed any time.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing; yearly includes 2 months free versus paying monthly.
What happens after the trial?+
You choose a plan. If you do nothing, the workspace pauses and no messages are sent. You are never charged without choosing.
Do you offer invoices for companies?+
Yes on Enterprise, and on request for other plans.
