- Not as a school platform. Use Solo for your own routine. Only invite others who expect work check-ins and who reply JOIN.
- Do I need school IT approval?
- You are responsible for following your institution’s policies for any tools you use with colleagues or students.
- WhatsApp requirement?
- Yes for check-in messages. Dashboard access is via the web app for the account owner.
- Privacy?
- Check-ins only start after someone replies JOIN. STOP opts out immediately. Voice notes are deleted after transcription. Sunbrief never reads WhatsApp groups. See the privacy page for the current draft policy.
