يشغّل Sunbrief طقس الستانداپ على واتساب: أسئلة خاصة وتذكيرات وملخصات منظمة وتقارير أسبوعية.
When live standups stop earning their keep
- People wait through updates that do not affect them.
- Remote teammates join at awkward hours.
- Blockers are spoken once and forgotten.
- Managers still paste notes into a doc afterward.
How Sunbrief automates the async standup
- Send private standup questions on working days.
- Accept text or voice answers; remind once if needed.
- Publish one summary for the manager with blockers highlighted; generate a weekly status report from the week’s answers.
Fit for async workflows
Use Sunbrief where WhatsApp is the coordination channel. We do not claim integrations with Slack, Jira, GitHub or linear-style issue trackers. Keep those tools for code and tickets; use Sunbrief for the human status loop.
Features mapped to standup needs
- Configurable questions in Settings.
- Consent-first invites (JOIN / STOP).
- Dashboard for Today, Team and Reports.
- Free standup question templates if you want inspiration before you subscribe.
Early access
Sunbrief is in early access. You can create an account and workspace now; WhatsApp check-ins are being rolled out to early workspaces.

أسئلة شائعة
- Is this different from your WhatsApp standup page?
- Related. That guide emphasises the WhatsApp channel; this page targets teams searching for a daily standup bot and async automation outcomes.
- Can we keep a weekly live meeting?
- Yes. Many teams use async daily updates and reserve live time for decisions.
- Do members need accounts?
- No—WhatsApp only after JOIN. Managers use the web app.
- Integrations with Jira or Slack?
- Not offered. Do not expect ticket sync from Sunbrief today.
- Pricing and trial?
- Listed on the pricing page.
- Privacy?
- Check-ins only start after someone replies JOIN. STOP opts out immediately. Voice notes are deleted after transcription. Sunbrief never reads WhatsApp groups. See the privacy page for the current draft policy.
